• As the Senior Director Executive Staffing & Employee Relations for a major consumer products company, Alice initiated and implemented human resource strategies to maximize executive and organizational effectiveness throughout the corporation. She lead the recruitment process for senior officers and designed and implemented an executive succession planning process.
  

• Serving as Group Vice President – Human Resources for a regional grocery chain, she was instrumental in numerous initiatives during a period of rapid growth including; restructuring of the management team, designing and implementing a job posting system for 20,000+ employees, redesigning compensation/benefit programs, rewriting the employee handbook, and implementing a management training program. She was also the director of the company’s charitable foundation.
   
  
• Alice served as the Executive Director of the Governor’s Commission on the Status of Women in Illinois. In this capacity she acted as liaison between various special interest groups and the Governor’s office, directed studies of the issues impacting women and families in Illinois, and represented the state at conferences in Washington D.C.
   
• As Vice President Human Resources, she managed the human resource function for a company that operated the O’Hare Airport food and beverage concessions, three hotel resort/conference centers, and a chain of retail food stores.
